TERMS and CONDITIONS
Security Deposit: A deposit of the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. Payments are accepted by Master Card or Visa. Personal cheques are only accepted if there is sufficient time for the funds to be banked and cleared before arrival. We also accept direct deposits into our bank. Please call the office for deposit details.
Balance of Payment: The balance of the accommodation is payable upon arrival. Please note, we do not accept cash or cheques as a form of payment upon arrival.
Park Rules: We ask that all guests follow our Park Rules which allow for the enjoyment of yourself and fellow guests. A copy of the rules will be given to you upon arrival, or they can be viewed on our website here.
School Holiday Periods and Long Weekends:
If more than two weeks’ notice is provided an administration fee of $20.00 will be charged.
If less than two weeks’ notice is provided an amount equivalent to the first night’s accommodation will apply.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided the entire balance of accommodation may apply.
Off peak periods:
If more than one week’s notice is provided an administration fee of $20.00 will be charged.
If less than one week’s notice is provided an amount equivalent to the first night’s accommodation will apply.
No refunds will be provided for early departures. This includes poor weather, personal reasons and guess being asked to leave the premises due to offensive behaviour.
