How do I pay?
You can pay by Credit cards, EFT, cheques or bank transfers. Note no cash.
What is the ballot?
Each year the USU holds a “ballot” at our Riverside resort to ensure members get access during peak season. Rooms and caravan sites are allocated to USU members first and then non-members if available. Members’ preferences for room and accommodation is taken into consideration, however depending on the order of the ballot, rooms and sites will be allocated on next best available.
What are your Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy?
TERMS and CONDITIONS
Security Deposit: A deposit of the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. Payments are accepted by Master Card or Visa. Personal cheques are only accepted if there is sufficient time for the funds to be banked and cleared before arrival. We also accept direct deposits into our bank. Please call the office for deposit details.
Balance of Payment: The balance of the accommodation is payable upon arrival. Please note, we do not accept cash or cheques as a form of payment upon arrival.
Park Rules: We ask that all guests follow our Park Rules which allow for the enjoyment of yourself and fellow guests. A copy of the rules will be given to you upon arrival, or they can be viewed on our website here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
School Holiday Periods and Long Weekends:
If more than two weeks’ notice is provided an administration fee of $20.00 will be charged.
If less than two weeks’ notice is provided an amount equivalent to the first night’s accommodation will apply.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided the entire balance of accommodation may apply.
Off peak periods:
If more than one week’s notice is provided an administration fee of $20.00 will be charged.
If less than one week’s notice is provided an amount equivalent to the first night’s accommodation will apply.
No refunds will be provided for early departures. This includes poor weather, personal reasons and guess being asked to leave the premises due to offensive behaviour.
NOTE: Cancellation Policy for Ballot Bookings are listed on the Ballot Form.
